You don’t have to go back to the dealer
A new car warranty protects you from the cost of manufacturer faults, and keeping it valid means servicing your vehicle on schedule. Under Australian Consumer Law, a manufacturer’s warranty generally can’t be voided just because your car was serviced by an independent workshop, as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s specifications. That’s how we service every car.
We look after all makes and models of petrol, diesel and LPG vehicles, using quality parts and Valvoline oils that meet your vehicle’s manufacturer specification, not just the right viscosity.
We use the service book as a guide, not a limit. Every car is serviced to a high standard, and if we spot anything that needs attention, we’ll let you know before it becomes expensive.

What’s in a standard service
Oil & filter change
Fresh oil that meets your manufacturer’s specification, and a new oil filter.
Full inspection
A full mechanical and safety inspection of the vehicle.
Fluid top-ups
Fluids checked and topped up as needed.
Tyre rotation
Tyres rotated as required, to even out wear and make them last longer.
Service records
Your logbook stamped and your service records updated.
Service reminder
A reminder sticker on the vehicle showing when your next service is due.

If your car needs more work
Anything we find during a service that needs repairs or extra maintenance goes on your service report, and we’ll talk you through it.
If it suits you and our schedule, we can sort it out on the day. If not, we’ll book your car back in for a second appointment at a time that works for you. Either way, it’s your call.
Logbook servicing
For newer vehicles. We follow the manufacturer’s service schedule and stamp your logbook, so your warranty stays intact.
General servicing
For vehicles out of warranty or without a service book, with the same thorough approach.
Performance vehicles
Modified and performance cars serviced by a workshop that tunes them on its own in-house dyno.

How much does a service cost?
Petrol vehicles from $350 inc GST, and diesel vehicles from $450 inc GST. Call us on 03 5824 1022 with your make and model for a price.
Will servicing with you affect my new car warranty?
No. Under Australian Consumer Law, your warranty generally can’t be voided just because an independent workshop services your car, as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s specifications. We service to those specifications and stamp your logbook.
How long does a service take?
Usually you drop the car off in the morning and pick it up at the end of the day. If that doesn’t suit, tell us and we’ll work around you.
Can I wait, or get a lift?
Yes. You’re welcome to wait, or we can give you a lift locally.
What if you find a problem?
It goes on your service report and we’ll talk you through it. We can fix it on the day if that suits you and us, or book the car back in for a second appointment.
Do you service diesels and performance cars?
Yes. We service petrol, diesel and LPG vehicles, including performance and modified cars, and pretty much any make and model.
Will you update my service records?
Always. We update your service records and put a reminder sticker on the vehicle so you know when the next service is due.

2-4 Coombs Rd, Tatura VIC 3616. We’re open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 12pm.
